I need to convert 383,93 to us dollars. I am having a hard time only because there is a comma in place of a decimal and I am not sure how the conversion works with a comma and not a decimal. Why is there a comma?
In France, the comma serves the same purpose as the decimal point in the US. Therefore, you have 383 Francs and 93 cents. Since you can not exchange cents, you would only have 383 Francs. Hope this helps!
I have a 10 October 1994 invoice in French Francs that I want to convert to US$ as of the same date. What are the sources for doing this?
